Principle of Operation and Realization
Low-temperature hot press drying machine is placed in the frame above all the German standard(DIN 7129-1980 zh) manufactured heat-resistant diaphragm filter plate, to be completed in the filter chamber of the filter cake material mechanical press, to each diaphragm plate fuid press cavity into the 90 ℃ hot water, the implementation of heat conduction heating of the cake material, evaporation of moisture contained in the capillary, diaphragm filter plate out of the hot water heated by the heat pump and then recirculation.The hot water from the diaphragm filter plate is heated by the heat pump and then circulated into each diaphragm filter plate, at the same time, the vacuum and negative pressure of the filter chamber are controlled to reduce the vaporization tempera- ture of the liquid contained in the material until the required liquid content of the filter cake is reached, and then the dry filter cake material starts to be unloaded.
